Glan-Y-Gors Round 9, October 2008
Qualifying > It was wet for the qualifying, and I started out reasonably cautiously, not knowing fully the level of grip on the track as the conditions were changing. I managed to set the fastest lap of a 48.10.
Heat 1 > I started on pole for the first heat. It had dried out nearly completely and most of us weren't far from normal dry lap times. I broke away and finished 8 seconds ahead of Lincoln Newby (no.67) in second place, and I posted a 44.79 as the fastest lap.
Heat 2 > I started on pole again for the second heat, because of my Heat 1 win. I pulled away and set the fastest lap of a 44.40. I finished 7.22 seconds ahead of Lincoln.
Final > I got a great start in the final, and managed to get away and pull out a gap of 11.32 seconds, and I set a 44.22 as my fastest lap.
